ITC Packaging & Printing Business is making waves by acing award show after award show this year. Following the super successful stint at the IIP’s India Star Awards, ITC won the Packaging Converter of the Year (F&B) and Packaging Company of the Year – Folding Cartons (Volume) awards at the PrintWeek Awards 2022.
ITC won these awards for a series of feature rich and unique cartons across developed for a variety of customers. A premium micro-fluted gift pack carton was developed for a leading brand with high structural sturdiness and high-definition fluid art graphic print quality. Another pack with tender graphics, made in shades of brown, gave the carton a natural clement look while the foil stamping done on the uncoated side was heralded as smart innovation at its best. Another limited edition festive pack had bright shades, bright golden foil, and silky smooth tactile spot glass varnish, all of which were apt for the festive season. The judges concurred on the samples being a “visual treat to the eyes”.
ITC-PPB has been investing and delivering significantly on the innovative packaging and sustainability fronts. The results can be seen in the critical acclaim the designs have been getting and the reduced carbon footprints they have generated. The journey has just started, and there is a long way to go!
